These 2 documents were prepared, approved and put to practice in mid 2018:
We’ve used them four times in onboarding new LF AI & Data project and we believe there is a room for improvements. The Linux Foundation has now a template that we can use as a reference that other LF umbrella foundations are using as a base: LF Project Progression Template
