ONNX Group Calendar Overview
We are currently in the process of switching to the new Linux Foundation LFX system. This offers many advantages. It is best to get an LF ID and register
for the various projects/meetings via https://openprofile.dev/. [Attention: Unfortunately there is currently no public calendar there, with a mailing list, so
that some events still have to be adjusted manually here, especially in case of cancellations].
- As an anonymous user the wiki will display times in UTC.
- To see the times in your timezone: Make sure that A) you are logged into the wiki and B) that you have set your timezone in your profile.

Group calendars are managed within LF AI Foundation Groups.io subgroups (mail lists); with each sub-group (mail list) having a unique group calendar. Meeting invites from these group calendars are sent to the applicable sub-group (mail list). In order to see the various group calendars you must:
Be logged into LF AI Foundation Groups.io
Be subscribed to the sub-group(mail-list) you're interested in
Thereafter, you will see all the calendars for the sub-groups you subscribe to under your LF AI Foundation Group Calendar via Groups.io OR
You can also view a specific group calendar via the Wiki (if the group has created a Wiki group calendar) whether you are a member of the sub-group (mail list) or not

Current Understanding of LFX and groups.io setup (9. Feb 2024)
We are in the process of switching to the new LFX system from the Linux Foundation.
- As far as I know, all SIG leads should have access to the "Project Control Center" within the LFX and be able to create events in the ONNX area. The events defined there are not (yet?) synchronized with groups.io. For this reason, among others, it is necessary to define the meetings additionally in groups.io. (and copy the zoom link into the meeting?)
- This makes the following possible
a) We get a calender under onnx.ai/calendar (this can also be accessed by people who do not have an LFX account... there is not calender in lfx which could be accessed with registration?) and can then also participate in the appointment as a guest.
b) As before, reminders / invitations to the appointments will be sent out (This is done by groups.io) - To simplify the whole process a little, Nathan has used (and suggests) to use onnx-anounce as the master. This means that the corresponding events no longer have to be configured in the groups.io area of the individual SIGs. (Not sure if every SIG lead has already write access to onnx-announce
- However, this currently still leads to the unpleasant situation that if you want to cancel a meeting, you have to delete it from both the LFX system and the onnx-announce system.
- And all the people get messages for all events by onnx-anounnce
